User Experience (UX) Consultant at LifestyleCX/AgingChoices (www.agingchoices.com)
Location: Onsite or Remote (Ideally located in CT)
We are seeking a User Experience (UX) Designer who possesses a real passion for phenomenal design, a superb aesthetic sense, an extraordinary eye for detail and a deep appreciation for user experience in data analysis.
Experience in user-centered design with hands on experience throughout the process, from user research to developing high fidelity wireframes and collaborating on implementation.
Experience in delivering wireframes, UX flows, mockups, interactive prototypes, design specifications, final assets as well as personas and use case development.
Ability and passion to understand distinct user groups quickly and iterate solutions to their needs.
Understanding of information architecture, design patterns and interaction design.
Work as part of a cross functional team, partnering with users, product owners, business analysts and development teams to deliver business value.
Familiarity and ability to promote and manage appropriate usability testing and user research endeavors.
What we're looking for:
Familiarity with Design and Prototyping software such as: Sketch, Adobe XD, Omnigraffle or equivalent
Ability to learn quickly, move quickly and make adjustments quickly
Strong organizational and project management skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team on multiple projects
Excellent written and oral communication, as well as research and documentation skills
Ability to multi-task and prioritize
Must be adaptable, able to change direction quickly
Positive attitude, friendly demeanor and team player
